Established in 2012. The firm provides English law advice to corporates and private individuals from around the world on a wide range of transactional matters. The firm focuses on sectors which it has particular experience in and for that reason the partners provide a highly recommended and specialist service.

  • Corporate and M&A

    The firm's corporate practice is at the core of the firm. The partners between them have extensive experience of domestic and international transactions and through their time working for both large international law firms in private practice and forming and running the in-house practice of a large international energy company they have obtained comprehensive and practical experience in running both small and large corporate transactions.

    The firm provides a full corporate service to facilitate the structuring, financing and successful completion of domestic, international and cross-border corporate transactions with a particular focus on Europe, Africa and the CIS.

    The firm’s principal areas of corporate expertise include but are not limited to:

    Investments and fundraising (seed, series, venture capital and private equity);
    Mergers & acquisitions, takeovers and disposals;
    Joint ventures (both in the UK and cross-border internationally);

    We advise in relation to a broad range of corporate and commercial disputes, disputes as to the proper construction of documents, shareholder and joint venture disputes and disputes following completion of M&A transactions.
