Avery Law supports BonelliErede in advising CFE Finance in the acquisition of 60% of RiverRock.

Following final approval of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), CFE FinanceGroup, a boutique group operating in the investment banking sector has completed the acquisition of 60% of RiverRock European Capital Partners LLP, an alternative investment firm.

The transaction allows on the one hand CFE Finance Group to further strengthen and expand its offering in Europe, diversifying its portfolio, on the other hand RiverRock to continue to specialise in providing alternative solutions to investors global and customised solutions to European SMEs.
